4. Application:
HK-560 is a coupling contains epoxy
group, mainly used in polysulfide and polyurethane sealant and filling
adhesive,for cyclamate resin adhesive, heat convertible resin for
filling or strengthing,glass fiber adhesive and thermoplastic resin
for inorganic filling and glass strengthing.
5.Properties and Usage:
1) improve the performance
of glass- fiber- strengenthing hard synthetic material, stablize its
strength at maximum after moisture adjusting period.
2) By improving the cohesion between resin and matrix or filling agent,
it improves the electric performance of epoxy resin electric sealant,sealing
material and printed circuit.
3) Improve the electric performance of many inorgaincs filled nylon,
synthetic materials such as polybutene biphthatale.
4) Effective to a wide range filling agent, matrix and metals including
clay, talc, scale stone,quartz and aluminium, copper and iron.
5) Applying by adding KH-560: epoxy sealant filled by quartz, preblending
formula, epoxy concrete repair material or coating and epoxy resin
material used for mouldling tool and metal filling.
6) Eliminate the independant basecoating of polysulfide, polyurethane
sealant and iron chain compound.
7) Improve the binding between two components of the polyurethane
sealant.
8) Improve the aqueos propylene filling adhesive and sealant, strengthen
coating binding between polyurethane and epoxy resin.
9) Used in organic colour mixture, to improve its dispersion, and
fluidity
